Is it worth booking a full packing service?

We’re often asked whether it’s worth using a packing company when moving. This depends on how much time you have spare. We fit in with your busy schedule. Our dedicated team of professional and reliable movers and packers can save you time and take away all the stress involved.

How long before I move house will packing take place?

Our professional packers will visit you on-site and create a detailed itinerary so we can organise all the hire crates and packing materials you will need. The packing team will come to your home or business whenever is convenient to pack everything ready for the move (usually 1-2 days before your move).

Do I need to be there on packing day?

You don’t need to be there. Some clients go out for the day and come home to find everything packed up and ready to go. Your Move Manager can take a note of any special instructions and make sure everything is done exactly the way you want.

Is there anything you cannot pack, such as a piano or valuable antiques?

There isn’t much we haven’t packed before. We’re expert packers and our team make it look very easy.  We pack each item with obsessive care, using only the best packing materials and techniques.

Can you leave some things out of the packing boxes?

We’ll leave out anything you need ready access to during the move – wine glasses, the kettle, bowls and spoons for breakfast in the morning, and so on.

Can I do the packing myself?

We completely understand if you would rather pack yourself. We can still provide you with all the removals boxes and materials you will need. However, clients who use our packing and moving services often tell us they will never do the packing themselves again! It really does take away all the stress of moving.

I’m looking for packing companies for my business. Do you offer an office packing service?

Absolutely. We offer complete packing and moving services for both residential and commercial clients.  Whether you need house removals or office removals we can help.

Can I put some items in storage rather than move everything to my new home?

If there are items you don’t want to take with you we can arrange for them to be packed and moved in to either short-term or long-term commercial storage.

Do I need to buy removal boxes and other packing materials for moving?

We supply everything. If you prefer to do your own self-packing when moving and are looking to buy packing boxes for moving house then we can help. We have all the packing materials and hire crates you need, including bespoke crates made to protect large or unusual items.

We supply all sorts of different removal boxes from flat pack cardboard boxes right through to large shipping boxes. We also sell all the extras you will need such as packing paper for moving, bubble wrap and parcel tape.

Where can I find boxes for moving?

We run a box delivery service and can deliver your packing materials to your door or you’re welcome to purchase what you need from our NW London premises
